Come join us on Poyntz for the Manhattan Fine Arts Fair!  Art lovers have an opportunity to stroll beautiful downtown Manhattan and shop displays from local and regional artists.

The juried fine art event will feature a purchase award in both professional and amateur art categories.  Please see rules and registration to apply.  Applications for consideration will be accepted through October 1.

Details & Rules

Schedule: October 3rd, 2024

3:30 - 4:00 pm: Artist Check-in and Setup. Downtown Manhattan, 409 Poyntz Ave 

4:30 pm: Setup completed

5:30 pm: Awards 

8:00 pm: Event closed

9:00 pm: Spaces are cleared and clean 

 

Liability is the sole responsibility of the artist.

If fewer than 10 participants apply, the awards will not be granted.

 

Rules:

1. Entrance fee is non-refundable. ($25 Amateur, $30 Professional)

2. Provide 5 examples of artworks to be displayed for sale at the event on your application. 

3. Original artwork only. 

4. All traditional mediums are accepted.

5. A 10'x10' space will be provided, artists are responsible for the booth or tent, chairs, tent anchors, etc.

6. Artist will provide their own point of purchase and are responsible for taxes accrued. 

7. Artists must submit work for judging and a chance to win a purchase award. The award is sponsored by Meadowlark Hills. 

8. Judged artwork will need to be set out at the front of the art space with the artist name and art piece title displayed.

9. Winning artwork(s) becomes the property of Meadowlark Hills and participating sponsors.
